Vancouver, B.C. – March 3, 2025 – After a five-year hiatus, Canada’s top financial planners will be celebrated at the 2025 Financial Planning Awards (FP Awards), the nation’s premier event honoring excellence in client-focused financial planning.

Led by the Financial Planning Association of Canada (FPAC) in partnership with the Institute of Advanced Financial Planners (IAFP), the awards recognize outstanding financial planners and foster professional growth within the industry. Open to Canadian planners with recognized designations (QAFP™, CFP®, R.F.P.®), the competition began on March 1, 2025, and culminates in an awards gala at the IAFP Annual Symposium in Nanaimo, B.C., September 24–27, 2025.

Participants will gain national recognition, professional credibility, and detailed feedback from an expert judging panel. Winners receive an all-expenses-paid trip to the gala and invaluable career validation.
